The DNSYS X1 stands out as an ultralight and intelligent exoskeleton. It is worn around the waist and primarily assists the hip joints, making walking easier for individuals. It recognizes unlimited walking and running postures, analyzes and learns from the user’s gait and stride, and adjusts walking assistance power instantly.

If you can walk continuously at a speed of at least 1 meter per second (≈3.6 km/h) without assistance, you can benefit from using the DNSYS X1. It offers motion assistance for outdoor and daily activities, helping minimize fatigue. Its lightweight and highly energy-efficient design makes it particularly well-suited for prolonged use.

Once you put on the X1 exoskeleton and begin walking, its built-in angle sensors and IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) will detect your movements. Then, the AI system predicts your walking intentions and computes torque commands for the motors accordingly. Depending on your chosen mode, the motors will offer corresponding assistance or resistance.

The DNSYS X1 exoskeleton is designed to accommodate a wide range of adult body types. Its adjustable telescopic structure allows it to fit approximately 97% of adults. The exoskeleton is available in three sizes—Small (S), Medium (M), and Large (L)—each designed to fit specific waist measurements.

Dnsys-X1 is equipped with a high-density ternary lithium battery, combined with a kinetic energy recovery system (KERS), which can provide an additional 20 kilometers of endurance. In addition, the battery is very easy to replace. After actual testing, one battery can work for 7 hours on the lowest setting (Under ideal conditions).

The power and assist position provided by Carbon and Carbon Pro are the same. The main differences are as follows:

First, Carbon Pro has two batteries, while Carbon has only one battery. Second, part of Carbon Pro's aluminum alloy is upgraded to titanium alloy, which is more durable. Third, Carbon Pro provides personalized customization services. Apart from the above three points, the two products are basically the same.

The DNSYS X1 boasts an IP54 protection rating. It cannot completely prevent dust infiltration, but the amount of dust infiltration will not affect the normal operation of the product; it can prevent splashing water intrusion, but it is best not to use it in heavy rain or immerse in water for a long time.

The boosting mode works as one special type of regular mode, enabling the X1 to deliver the maximum power instantly.Resistance Mode is tailored for fitness enthusiasts, generating the opposite force to your movement direction. This simulates isokinetic training effects, such as walking underwater, focusing on hip muscles, and improving posture. Activating Resistance Mode during descent helps control speed and protect knees. Additionally, Resistance Mode acts as a battery recharging mechanism.

The assistive mode of the Dnsys X1 aims to alleviate muscle pressure and ease joint strain while walking, in addition to reducing heart rate and supporting heart health. Conversely, the resistance mode reduces joint impact during downhill walks and enhances overall fitness efficiency.In terms of safety, the Dnsys X1's control system has undergone rigorous testing to account for both typical and unusual movements, boasting nine major safety monitoring systems.
