Warranty Policy

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY

This warranty applies only to Dnsys products purchased by you from Dnsys for your use and not for resale. Under this Limited Warranty, Dnsys warrants that each product you purchase is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period for Dnsys products begins on the day you receive the product. While different Dnsys accessories vary, please refer to the "Warranty Period" tab on the left-hand side of this page to view the warranty period for your particular product or accessory. If you cannot provide an invoice or other valid proof of purchase, the warranty period will begin 90 days after the device's factory production date; that is, the warranty period will end 15 months after the production date (unless otherwise specified by Dnsys).
To qualify for free-of-charge warranty service, all of the following conditions must be met:
  • The product has been used normally within the warranty period and has no signs of external damage.
  • The product has not undergone unauthorized disassembly, modification or addition outside the official manual guidelines, with no other human-caused failures.
  • You can provide valid proof of purchase, receipts and order numbers.

Packaging

The original packaging can provide the best protection for the products, and improper packaging may void warranty and be subject to charges. Pack the products according to our instructions to prevent damage in transit. Dnsys will cover the cost of return shipping which is caused by our product quality during the warranty, but you will be responsible for the returned product's packaging and any damage occurring in transit caused by improper packaging. So we highly recommend that you keep the original packaging box and packing materials of the product in case you need to return it for warranty service.

Consumable parts with no warranty

“Consumables” are defined herein as disposable items, parts, or components of the product which are inherently subject to deterioration and wear out during the normal operation of the product.
Consumable parts include but are not limited to:
  • Leg strap
  • Belt
These items don't have a warranty period, but we are happy to replace any products that fail due to manufacturing defects. The decision of replacement for these items will be at Dnsys's discretion and the decision will be final.

This warranty does not apply:

  • Any non-Dnsys branded hardware products or software, even if packaged or sold with Dnsys hardware.
  • Non-quality related issues;
  • Without valid proof of purchase;
  • Items that have been refunded;
  • Items that have expired their warranty period;
  • Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, or other external causes;
  • Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
  • Lost or stolen products;
  • Free products.
  • Any modification made to any hardware or firmware of the Product;
  • Abuse, misuse, or improper storage of the Product;
  • Use the Product for any illegal purposes;
  • Serviced by distributors other than Dnsys or an authorized Dnsys distributor;
  • Any Dnsys product's serial number has been removed or smeared.
  • Disassemble or repair without authorization by Dnsys or the Distributor.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

  1. Please submit the warranty request and the official purchase invoice through an email to support@dnsys.ai.
  2. The claim will be confirmed in 14 business days.
  3. If the claim is justified, Dnsys will rectify the defects free of charge according to this warranty. If the defect cannot be repaired, Dnsys will, within the warranty period, replace the Warranted Part free of charge with an identical part, or, if the Warranted Part is no longer manufactured, by a similar replacement of the same value or offer an appropriate refund.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Dnsys is NOT responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data stored in a product, including confidential, proprietary or personal information.
  • Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Dnsys is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to, compromise or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused including the replacement of equipment and property, any costs of recovering, programming, or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with the Dnsys product or any failure to maintain the confidentiality of the information stored on the Dnsys product.
  • The foregoing limitation does not apply to damages for bodily injury (including death), damage to real property or tangible personal property for which Dnsys is liable under law.
  • As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
