The exoskeleton that we ordered off of kickstarter last summer finally came in and Cathy has been working on getting it sorted out. Still a little awkward walking since it needs kind of an exaggerated motion to have it help pick up your knees. The big surprise was that it looks like she might be able to jog a little bit with it! She’s pretty excited. It is supposed to learn your gait so hopefully it will get even better

Just did my first stroll around my Rehab Housing unit here out in suburban, Bloomington, Minnesota. I'm in here after a septic left lower leg infection & a large blood clot developed from two small shin scratches. 6 days in the EUnit at Abbott Hospital & now @ 4 weeks at Presbyterian Housing & Sevices. Put my self down, then out at the bus stop across from the YWCA midtown on Lake Street. Passed out there and woke up in the Emergency Unit with tubes stuck in all over both my arms. Missed my first Ambulance ride, darn. Thank goodness for Medicare & the Courts, Elon's 'Helter Skelter' Boy Doge Dogs didn't get to turning it off. So the Dnsys Pro showed up right under the Trumpiontariff (Federal repressive sales tax) set in. Thereby providing a much needed rehab device for my now sore, but healed leg.
First impression, very subtle leg assist, but can see it speeds up my normal walking speed, I'm a 74 years young fella, so walking normally slower then 10 years back. This kicks me back to 20 years in a normal walking pace! Supple works very nice. Stairs are where you see a big boost, going up this device lifts you up gracefully, but naturally & resistance mode going down is perfect & makes decending safer! Motor sound is like the Tinman with freshly oiled joints, walking down the yellow brick road, not too noticeable! l will get a lot of use for this A++++ device on many of the hiking trails back home in Alaska. I'll be able to hike up to the glaciers across from the bay from the Homer Spit!
Well worth the price if you want to upgrade your legs to get you up, then down majestic elevations!

I love this unit it’s an amazing bit of kit the extra power it gives you is so good.
I think we will be seeing a lot of these out in the Hills very soon.

I also think g they will be great for mountain rescue team too

The portability of this exoskeleton really surprised me—it folds up perfectly to fit in my backpack. I love long trips, and now I have a “power buddy” with me. Walking feels so much easier now! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
